Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Photosmart 7520 suddenly has quit printing black ink and I have a yellow triangle above the setup cartridge.  Took it out and cleaned the contacts and nothing changed.  What now

@DB311, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you using the setup ink cartridges in the printer?
  • Is this the first time you are setting up the printer?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
