Goedemiddag, ik heb een HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer. Gisteren wilde ik iets afdrukken (in het zwart-wit), maar er kwam alleen een leeg vel papier uit. Hoewel de zwarte inkt nog niet op was, heb ik deze toch vervangen. De printer gaf daarna aan dat de zwarte inkt volledig gevuld was. Toen ik opnieuw probeerde af te drukken, kreeg ik echter weer een leeg vel. Kunt u mij hierbij helpen? (ik heb ondertussen de printer al volledig gereset, maar nog steeds geen zwarte inkt die werkt)
