HP 2600 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After HP software update in August my printer states I am not enrolled in instant ink. I have been a member for 3 years and nothing with my set up has changed.  Already spent many hours on live chat to instant ink, technical support and virtual agent but with all their suggestions nothing cures this problem. Now at the end of my monthly period the printer is showing empty ink cartridges . on the app a message appears "incompatible HP instant ink cartridges."  Tried to re -enrol printer but message given that the email address of the printer is already allocated.  On the display on the printer I have an envelope with a dot of ink above the right ink level display flashing constantly. Now the ink levels are empty and their is a red light flashing underneath the display. I think the problem is within the HP instant ink App not my set up. Anyone else with this problem?
