I am so frustrated that the 952XL black ink cartridge i have was rejected because it claims to be "expired " !
HP should provide information to its retail partners to advise all customers who purchase HP ink cartridges that they should be aware that they need to be installed before the expiry date. I am a loyal HP customer and I am disappointed that i now have to buy another 952XL Black ink cartridge. I buy all my ink from Staples and never have been informed that the ink expires.
