HP Recommended
All ink tanks are at least half full and I have reinstalled the drivers and made sure I have the latest Windows update. Ran all cleaning levels, though running Level 3 causes an error code 0x61000013 that forces me to unplug for 10 minutes and restart the printer. Tried different docs and configurations with color/b&w but the results is more or less the same per attached. Please advise.

updated print report after manual cleaning print head following some youtubes. Seems like the black ink is clogged. Options?
