Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

the website hp smart will not allow me to input the data from a head cleaning /alignment, my printer is running slow... I mean SLOW like 5 min to print a black and white coloring page, 4 min to print a word doc, and with all that time... the prints come out looking like **bleep**, lines missing faded ink 

but every step I follow to fix it says my printer is running fine

what do i do?
