Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

black color letter are not printed spl from pdf file where file is pre designed and there after some letter are drafted, like certificates. It prints all format and letters and leaves those which edited later on like roll no, name, age, section, etc. The same also happen in power point also, few of the letters get missing but there is no fixed pattern of missing letter in every case but its fixed in case of PDF. I have tired reinstalling of windows as well as printer driver. The printer is not very old, purchased in 2019 but ink hardly used upto 1/3 of the qty initially provided by the company. Can suggest what is the solution.
