My printer suddenly stopped printing BLACK text. I changed the cartridge (genuine HP) and still not working. Rang alignment, printer check report, cleaning process, internal cleaning check etc. Tried to get help via 'virtual assistant' what a waste of time that was! Did the on-line support (jumping through hoops comes to mind) that didn't work just revolved me back to the start questions again.
Does any real human being have any idea why it has suddenly stopped working and what I can do to fix it, I have lots of reports I need to complete tomorrow and print off.
If the issue persists even after replacing the black ink cartridge, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
