HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

-Newly set up on Nov 4th, worked well until yesterday, tried an 11 page print, got the first 8 okay, the last 3 were 'blurred'. Tried to get those 3 and got a logo on the top, from the Company name, but nothing in the body. Multiple attempts at getting it went exactly the same way, blank sheets BUT with the Company logo clearly printed at the top.

-That was yesterday, today tried to print my 3 page bank statement and got nothing in the body BUT a clear print of the CIBC logo on the sheets.

-I do have an HP assistant on my desktop, ran diagostics but it claimed the printer is A-OK

--Need help--thanks

Hi @Stephen153,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing printing issues with your HP ENVY 6065e All-In-One Printer. Let's troubleshoot the problem step by step:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has sufficient ink levels. Low ink levels can cause print quality issues. Most printers, including HP ENVY models, have the option to check ink levels through the control panel or software on your computer.

Clean Print Heads: Over time, print heads can become clogged, leading to blurry or missing prints. Use the printer's utility software or control panel to find an option for cleaning or aligning the print heads.

Print a Test Page: Print a test page to see if the issue persists. This can help identify whether the problem is specific to certain documents or a general printing problem.

Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your Windows 7 computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues. Visit the HP official website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.

Restart Printer and Computer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a minute. Also, restart your computer. After that, plug in your printer and turn it back on. This can resolve temporary glitches.

Check Print Settings: Make sure your print settings are correct. Open the print dialog, and confirm that you have selected the correct printer, paper size, and print quality settings.

Print a Different Document: Try printing a different document or file to see if the issue is document-specific. If other documents print fine, the problem might be with the original document.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
