brand new full magenta ink cartridge not printing

I need help getting a brand new 902XL Magenta ink cartridge replaced under warranty - my printer is printing with each of the colors except for the magenta.

Hi - I have done all of those things with out any success.  I just got a new 3 pack of ink cartridges from Costco and the newly installed magenta is working.  So it looks like the one I have is faulty.
