cambie los cartuchos de mi impresora hp y el de color no me lo lee, soluciones?

cambie los cartuchos, y el de tricolor no me lo acepta. probe limpiando el socket donde va y el cartucho, vi un par de videos que dicen de resetear la impresora pero no logró hacerlo, igual no se si sea eso también. necesito ayuda, saludos cordiales
