can't Print

HP Recommended

I couldn't print I guessed they locked me out but replaced the cartridges and now it won't let me print and says replace cartridge I'm really getting frustrated

I understand that Printer has an issue that unable to print.

 

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the printer?
