I cant connect Printer with my Computer as i have the E3 error (cartridge issues) and i have spent approx 3 days over the past 2 months trying to resolve it, time i could ill afford to use. I haven't got a cartridge with any ink (ran out a while ago) but no ink been sent despite mentioning it at least once before on the Smart App. i can't talk to anyone as your site is chats only. I have been paying the II subscription throughout so i would like a refund as well please as some new ink please. I haven't printed with it for 2 months and have paid £3.99 x 2 for no service. I expect a £7.98 refund plus a goodwill payment (for my c3 days of work lost at £180/day) and some ink please.

I do not have an instant ink printer. My understanding is that if you run out of ink you can use genuine Hewlett Packard cartridges either original or refilled. They must have an HP chip in the cartridge.
