cannot enrol my instant ink free 3 months plan

I bought HP DeskJet Plus 4100 (on the printer it is shown 4122). I have got the book with all the instant ink plans and it is written  i can have 3 months free ink. When i try to enrol on the hpinstant it does not allow to finish the enrol. When i enter the claim code it does not allow anyway

Do you get any errors while trying to enroll the printer?

HP DeskJet Plus 4122 belongs to  HP DeskJet Plus 4100 All-in-One series. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Once you select a plan and enroll the printer, the free months will get auto-credited to your Instant Ink account.
