HP Recommended

The printer: HP Envy 7640e All-In-One Printer

Error message: Cartridge cannot be used until the printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink

I canceled my HP Instant Ink service 4 months ago. When I put in a new store bought cartridge, I get the above error message. I followed the HP recommended steps to resolve the issue with no success. Help!
