I just put this printer on my network. (Officejet Pro 8620) It was previouly owned by someone else. It scans fine but I cant get it to print or copy. Cartrides are in I can here the ink in them but it wont print or copy saying to go to hpinstantink.com. I dont understand why. Its possible the previous owner was a member. I am not. Anybody have any idea what the problem is please? I dont want to sign up for that either. Thanks!

It would appear that the previous owner signed up for Instant Ink and there are still one (or more) HP Instant Ink or Instant Ink Ready cartridges in the printer.  If you do not want to continue with Instant Ink you will need to replace the Instant Ink cartridges with retail cartridges.
