Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. cartridge color problem

Hi everyone,

 

I have this problem with the printer: suddenly the color cartridge result not compatible. the cartridge is original and never been replaced, it is not empty yet.

 

I already consulted the tips given in the forum without any solution.

 

this is the  [Personal Information Removed], we bough it on novembre 27th on amazon.

 

Awaiting your reply and thank you so for you advise.

I understand that you are facing issues with color ink cartridges.

 

Please perform the hard reset and check.

 

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. 

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. 

 

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 

 

Wait at least 60 seconds. 

 

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. 

 

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer. 

 

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed 

 

Please remove and reseat the ink cartridges and check.

 

Are you able to make the photocopy?
