Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

I've been through every troubleshooting step..bought 3 Brande new cartridges still saying there is a cartridge error

I understand that you are getting cartridge error, I am glad to assist you.

 

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
