I am currently trying to printer on regular and cardstock paper in color. I have printed at least 12 copies and they all have a white or black line through the image. Almost like a streak and I have cleaned the printer head and also did an alignment check and there is still the streak of white and black. I have also made 10 blank copies as well just to try to clean out the printer from any dust or etc. and that still did not help the problem. I also did a supplies check and there is ink in all the cartridges and still have life. The problem is still there. How can I fix the problem.
