color cartridge ok but black cartridge giving error

I replaced the cartridge set and found error code "the indicated cartridge is not intended for use in this printer" for black cartridge while color cartridge is working fine. I've cleaned the contactors but not solved, i again order new set of cartridge but problem is still unsolved. color cartridge working normal but black cartridge giving error.
