Hi @abdousedki2005,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with color alignment on your HP MFP M776 printer. Here’s a step-by-step guide to calibrate the printer and address the color alignment problem.

Perform a Printer Calibration:

  • Go to the printer's control panel.
  • Navigate to the Setup menu or Settings.
  • Look for Printer Maintenance or Maintenance options.
  • Select Calibrate or Color Calibration and follow the on-screen instructions.

Print a Calibration Page:

  • From the printer’s control panel, select Print Reports.
  • Choose Print Calibration Page or Print Quality Report.
  • Review the printed page and compare it to the reference guide provided in the printer’s manual to see if the colors align correctly.

Check the Toner Cartridges:

  • Open the printer’s front door to access the toner cartridges.
  • Ensure that each toner cartridge is installed correctly and is not low or empty.
  • If necessary, replace any toner cartridges that might be causing color issues.

Clean the Printheads:

  • Go to the printer’s control panel.
  • Navigate to Printer Maintenance or Cleaning.
  • Select Clean Printheads and follow the on-screen instructions. This can help resolve color alignment issues.

Update Firmware and Drivers:

  • Check for any available firmware updates for your printer on the HP website.
  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date on your computer.

Check Paper Type and Settings:

  • Make sure you are using the correct type of paper for color printing.
  • Verify that the paper settings in the printer driver match the type of paper you’re using.

Align the Printer:

  • Sometimes, alignment needs to be adjusted manually. Look for the Alignment or Printhead Alignment option in the printer’s settings and follow the prompts.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
