coloured printing is not working but normal black and white is

Clean the Print Head:

  • Over time, print heads can become clogged. Most printers have a built-in cleaning function that can be accessed through the printer’s maintenance menu. Run the cleaning cycle several times if necessary.

Run a Test Print:

  • Use the printer’s built-in test print function to see if the colors are printing correctly. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer or the cartridge.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the HP website to download and install any updates.

Check Printer Settings:
