HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet 2710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new deskjet 2710.  Struggled to get going but with HP online help now printing black on white fine.  Colour printing poor however and hoping to find a solution.  

Printer came with an empty black cartridge and have a replacement coming.  With on-line help I have installed a colour cartridge and the empty black one but whilst black printing is good, colour quality is basically grey.  Maybe this is because I set pinter preference initially to Greyscale but now cant change it as not other options appear available.

Appreciate ideas on how to solve the problem
