hp Office JEt 8020 series
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

The printer (HP Office Jet 8020 series)  is about 6 months old. Everything has been working fine until just recently. I have installed a new cyan cartridge and no cyan (blue) color is printing.  I have been through a few of your previous suggestions.  I cleaned the vent area on the cartridge.  I did a hard restart of the printer. removed the cartridges. unplugged power from the printer and the wall. pressed power to discharge any residual electricity.  Restarted and re inserted cartridges.  Still no cyan.  The print quality pages shows no blue.  The Test pattern #3 is just yellow. Not green.  I tried copying a color page and again, no cyan. I've cleaned the printheads.  Any suggestions?
