Hi @Wimhoger, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Smart Tank Wireless 450 series printer is not printing cyan despite refilling the ink and running the three-step cleaning process, try these troubleshooting steps:

Check Ink Levels & Flow
Ensure the cyan ink tank has enough ink and the ink is flowing correctly to the printhead.
If there are air bubbles in the ink line, gently tap the ink tank to help the ink flow.

Perform a Manual Printhead Cleaning
Remove the printhead and gently clean the nozzles with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
Do not use alcohol or tap water as they can damage the printhead.
Reinstall the printhead and check if cyan prints.

Run "Clean Printhead" from HP Software
Windows: Open HP Smart > Printer Settings > Printhead Cleaning
Mac: Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Select Printer > Open HP Utility > Clean Printhead
Perform the cleaning multiple times if necessary.

Print a Test Page
Go to Printer Preferences > Maintenance > Print a Nozzle Check pattern.
If cyan is missing, repeat the cleaning process.

Check for Clogged Printhead
If cyan is completely missing, it might be clogged.
Try a deep cleaning in the HP software or soak the printhead in warm distilled water for a few minutes, then let it dry before reinstalling.

Reset the Printer
Turn off the printer, unplug it for 2-3 minutes, and restart.
Sometimes a reset can fix ink flow issues.

If nothing works, the printhead may be defective.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
