Hello, My blue ink is not printing, the cartridge is full and a new one has been installed but still does not print. Head cleaning was done without result. What should I do?

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
If the issue persists with 2 different ink cartridges, I'm afraid the issue could be with the printhead of the printer. Kindly check if your printer is affected by a known issue using this document.
If not, and if the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

I have the same issue with a new Cyan cartridge. Had the printer perform the printhead cleaning routine 6 times, still no blue
