Hi @_boiboi_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer not printing Cyan Ink!

HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 - Cyan Ink Not Printing

  1. Check the Ink Levels:

    • Ensure that the cyan ink tank has sufficient ink. Even if it seems full, sometimes the printer may display incorrect ink levels. Try replacing the cyan ink tank if needed.
  2. Clean the Printhead:

    • A clogged printhead could be causing the issue. Navigate to Setup > Maintenance > Clean Printhead in the printer’s menu to clear any blockages.
  3. Align the Printhead:

    • Misalignment can affect ink flow. To resolve this, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Align Printhead and follow the instructions.
  4. Check for Blockages in the Printhead Area:

    • Remove the cyan ink tank and inspect the printhead for any visible blockages or dried ink. Gently clean the printhead with a soft, lint-free cloth if necessary.
  5. Reset the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer and unplug it for 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again to reset the printer.
  6. Print a Test Page:

    • After completing the above steps, print a test page to see if the cyan ink prints correctly. If the issue persists, try running a Print Quality Diagnostic.

let me know how it goes, if you need further assistance, I'm right here.
