HP ENVY 4520

I put in new cartridges in my HP ENVY 4520 printer and there is an ERROR CODE OXC4EB8000 given, and the cartridges are completely to the right of the printer.  I cannot take them out.  Just the code appears.  Help.

@idahoguy6, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Going through your post, the issue seems like a carriage jam, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
