Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3790 All-in-One Printer

So I bought this printer a while ago and haven't really used it. I was trying to print some things and every paper that comes out is either half empty or completly empty. I have enough ink and tried everything I can already. Thanks for helping.
