All was fine with my printer until I bought a faulty HP cartridge which leaked inside my printer. I Replaced the cartridge. Printer won't work - I'm getting error message "One or more cartridges is missing or damaged. HP service agent at store told me how to clean prongs and to reset printer to factory setting. Tried both. No luck. HP owes me a new printer.
