Hp Envy 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

Bought a Hp Envy 5030 All-in-one printer together with a contract to refill my cartridges when they are empty.

I print verry little,so after about some months, I decided to cancel my contract with HP en buy my own cartridges.

Meanwhile I paid twice for cartridges I've never received !!!

I've informed Hp about the cancellation, and they keep sending me notices of payment.

that's for one....

Meanwhile,I bought some cartridges from another site, and suddenly, the new ones don't complie ...

I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work.

Through another forum,I've been informed, that Hp in that way, makes sure that you only buy and use their cartridges.

Verry strange,I cancel my contract with Hp en some few days later I can't print anymore.

I payed for the printer, thus the printer is mine, also,I believe that I can buy my cartridges from whoever I want, when I want.

Sadly,Hp thinks otherwise.

This is not the way to treat a customer, wether he is just a small or big consumer.

I will be very carefull of buying HP-products in the future
