Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting 1 inch  gray horizontal bands with a tiny bit of space between them across an entire sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper. I have changed all toner cartridges and have run the cleaning sheet twice with no success. Between first and second cleaning sheet the problem appeared worse. I can copy items without the banding. If the printer hasn't been used for a while I can get one good print out of it. Sometimes.
