I installed new ink cartridges & document won't print just comes out blank

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? Does the printer go through the motions of printing, but the pages are blank?  Are the cartridges HP or third party?  Did you remove the protective tape from the ink cartridges?
