HP Ink Tank Wireless 415
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the printer does not print the yellow color. The yellow ink tank is full (as well as the black, red, and blue ones)

I exercised all directions given by HP Smart but the yellow does not print.

On HP Smart the printer is shown as Ready but the estimated supply levels bars are shown in grey .

Can anyone help resolve the case?

Hi @Colegiales

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue related to an ink cartridge, possibly on a printer. Here’s how to clean the contacts on the ink cartridge:

Turn Off the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned off and unplugged for safety.

Remove the Ink Cartridge:

  • Open the printer cover and carefully remove the ink cartridge that you want to clean.

Clean the Contacts:

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth or a cotton swab lightly dampened with distilled water or isopropyl alcohol.
  • Gently wipe the electrical contacts on both the cartridge and inside the printer where the cartridge connects.

Dry Completely: Allow the contacts to dry completely before reinserting the cartridge.

Reinsert the Cartridge: Once everything is dry, carefully reinsert the cartridge back into the printer.

Power On: Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Run any alignment or cleaning cycles if prompted
