Product: hp deskjet ink advantage 3790 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have an hp Deskjet ink advantage printer
And suddenly the black color prints in poor quality, so weak and blurry that you can hardly see, but the color one works well and properly
* See an example in the picture

I would really appreciate a solution, how to fix? 🙏
It should be noted that the color is new and I tried with another one and I also cleaned the ink head and it didn't help 😕
