Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

HP Envy Photo 7800 All in one series printer. Attempted to align the cartridges. The printer was unable to do so. The printer acts like it is printing but nothing shows up on the page. Cartridges have been manually cleaned. Set up is complete and working. Defective cartridges? Thank you for the help!
