Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hp envy 6400, yellow light upper right hand corner means ink cartridge issue, there is an "E" on the screen.

just changed out the black toner 67 to a 67/305. that's when the trouble began. any suggestions on how to fix this

Do you have an active Instant Ink subscription?  Instant Ink cartridges will only work with an active Instant Ink subscription.
