Product: HP LaserJet 1020 Printer

hp laserjet 1020 quit working. Drivers are updated. Print spool is clear. Test print goes to que but won't print.  Installed new toner cartridge.  Put in new cable from PC to printer.  Power is on.  Have turned printer off for awhile and back on.  Help.
