hp laserjet pro mfp m177fw Cartridge in Backwards

I inserted my blackcartridge in upside down. now it's stuck partially in place, and It won't come out. how do i remove it, so i can put it in correctly?

Forcing the cartridge out might damage the latch. I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I tried this solution to no avail. I would like to find a service location I could bring it to for repair. Could you please give me a link to dealer locations w/phone in the 70065 zip area (within 25 miles).
