HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

hp officejet pro 8710 printer not printing correctly on 65lb paper. I tried changing paper type to plain,thick but it still does not print correctly on the page.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Make sure you're selecting the correct paper type in the printer settings depending on your paper. 

 

Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray with the guides snug against the edges to prevent misfeeds. Also, try adjusting the print quality to "Best" and ensure the printer driver is up to date. 

 

Use the manual feed option, for thicker paper.
