I have changed the color print head when instructed to by the printer error on display - printer has been working fine...about a month later, the 'colors' are not defined - for example, I'm not getting orange or green - its like the colors are not 'mixing'. Anyone else have this issue?  I tried to remove and check the print head - but I cannot get the 'print head' carriage to move to the center of the printer no matter what instructions I have followed - very frustrating as I have numerous fundraising flyers to print in color... thank you for your time.
