Product: HP Office jet 5255

Printer indicates it is printing but puts no ink on page in print mode or copy mode.  Ran diagnostic test and everything checks out OK.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 
  • Does the copy print out the same way?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
  • What is the operating system?
