Product: HPDESKJET 7610 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp7610 Officejet all in one printer, It suddenly quit printing in black. It will print the first page fine subsequent page will be 2nd page half the page and the rest blank pages. I have run every diagnostic there is and all come back with every thing being A OK. Test pages come out just fine. I use nothing but HP ink cartridges. I have never run across a problem like this and am at my wits end. Any one out there have an idea as to what they think might be the problem because I certainly am convinced the virtual agent is an idiot. Tks.
