- Are you able to print fine on regular documents?
- What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
- What is the paper type and size used to print photos?
- Which application are you trying to print from?

I am using HP ink and HP photo paper. I have a case no. 5058202804. I spent at least 2 hours on the phone regarding this issue and the assistant connected remotely to my computer. Her solution was to enroll me in instant ink and send new cartridges that I received yesterday. I installed both the new cartridges with the same result. She mentioned if it was not the cartridges it was probably the print head? I have had HP printers for as long as I can remember and have always had excellent results. My my reason for getting this printer was to be able to print 4 x 6 photos. The quality is definitely not acceptable. Printing regular documents seem to be fine. But my cheap 5055 works fine for regular documents. I am ready to return this printer but am concerned I will have the same problem.
