Hi @flb24,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble installing the replacement toner cartridge in your HP Neverstop Printer 1001nw, here are some steps you can try.

  • Turn off the printer: Make sure the printer is turned off before you start the replacement process.
  • Open the cartridge door: Locate the cartridge door on your printer and open it carefully. This will give you access to the toner compartment.
  • Remove the old cartridge: If there's an old toner cartridge already installed, gently remove it from the printer by pulling it straight out.
  • Prepare the new cartridge: Take the new toner cartridge out of its packaging. Remove any protective seals or tapes according to the instructions provided with the cartridge.
  • Insert the new cartridge: Hold the new toner cartridge by its handles and align it with the slot inside the printer. Slide it in carefully until it clicks into place.
  • Close the cartridge door: Once the new cartridge is securely installed, close the cartridge door firmly.
  • Turn on the printer: Finally, turn on your printer and wait for it to initialize. It should recognize the new cartridge and be ready to use.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
