Hi @Mamun_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check the Ink Levels:

  • Make sure that the ink levels in the tanks are adequate. Maintain the levels between the maximum and minimum fill lines to prevent print quality issues.

Verify Proper Installation:

  • Ensure that both ink cartridges are installed correctly and function properly.

Use Genuine HP Ink:

  • Incompatible or refilled ink can disrupt the printing system, leading to poor print quality. Ensure you are using genuine HP ink.

Specific Troubleshooting Steps:

Check the Print Settings:

  • Ensure you are using the correct print settings for your type of print job. For high-quality prints, select Best or Normal print mode.

Clean the Ink Cartridges:

  • Over time, ink cartridges can become clogged or dirty, affecting print quality. Follow the instructions for cleaning the ink cartridges.

Align the Ink Cartridges:

  • When you install a new ink cartridge, align the ink cartridges for optimal print quality. This can help resolve issues like graininess or color misalignment.

Check the Paper Type:

  • Ensure the type of paper loaded matches the settings in the printer driver. Different papers require different settings for the best results.

Clean Around Ink Nozzles:

  • Dust and debris can accumulate around ink nozzles, resulting in streaks and smudges on prints. Clean the area around the ink nozzles as needed.

I hope this helps.
