Hi @aki-1878,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Color LaserJet M776 printers are printing with blurry output despite changing the toners, there could be several potential causes. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Clean the Printer

  • Internal Cleaning: Dust and debris inside the printer can cause print quality issues. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on cleaning the inside of the printer, including the paper path and the rollers.

2. Print Quality Diagnostics

  • On your printer’s control panel, navigate to the Reports or Tools menu.
  • Select Print Quality Report or a similar option to print a diagnostics page:
    • Check the diagnostics page for any obvious defects or patterns that can indicate specific issues, such as streaks, spots, or smudges.

3. Check the Fuser Unit:

  • The fuser unit can sometimes cause print quality issues. Check the fuser for any signs of wear or damager:
  • If the fuser is damaged or worn out, consider replacing it. Follow the instructions in your printer’s manual to replace the fuser.

4. Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that your printer’s print quality settings are set to the appropriate level. Higher quality settings can help improve print clarity.:
  • Make sure the paper type settings match the paper you are using. Incorrect settings can affect print quality.

5. Update Firmware and Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support page and search for your printer model.Download and install any available firmware updates for your printer.:Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.

6. Check Toner Cartridges:

  • Ensure you are using genuine HP toner cartridges. Non-genuine or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause print quality issues:
    • Remove and reinstall the toner cartridges to ensure they are properly seated.

7. Perform Printer Calibration:

  • On the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Settings or Tools menu.
  • Select Printer Maintenance or Calibration and follow the prompts to calibrate the printer.

8. Check the Transfer Belt:

  • Check the transfer belt for any signs of damage or wear. The transfer belt plays a crucial role in transferring toner to the paper..If the transfer belt is damaged, consider replacing it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
