I am having trouble with shipments from ink replacement HP 

I am new customer 

I signed up to  the program wiith the new printer I was supposed to get free ink for a few months

welcome package  never arrived

(said  delivered )

replacement  has not come  Said delayed  

Sent two weeks ago priority post

3rh shipment  no tracking information express  

after two day anybody have this trouble  

Am I wasting my time here with this fee ink for the next few months
