Bonjour,

J'ai un problème sur mon imprimante laser couleur mfp 178 nwg qui imprime en verdâtretest impression.jpg

tout ce qui est sensé être noir.

la cartouche est neuve et elles sont toutes de marque HP

Merci de me venir en aide pour un conseil de  nettoyage ou recalibrage.

I have a problem with my mfp 178 nwg color laser printer which prints everything that is supposed to be black in greenish.

The black cartridge is new and they are all HP brand

Please help me with cleaning or recalibration advice.
