Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I usually use HP 964 ink however that is unavailable at the moment and I tried installing 962 which is supposed to be compatible. However I am seeing an error message  "Incompatible Cartridges".  Can this be fixed ???

  • Are you using the printer in the same region or country where you purchased the printer?

yes I am.  I am in the caribbean region (barbados) and purchased the printer locally
